Job summary

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in the United Kingdom. The role involves leading maintenance across the building and grounds, completing a variety of tasks from plumbing fixes to planting bulbs, and supporting the General Manager with budgeting.

You should have hands-on maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and a flexible, reliable approach. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English are expected.
