Stirling Warrington Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Maintenance Lead to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime at a brand-new manufacturing facility. You will analyse data, lead RCA investigations, and implement long-term solutions using lean thinking and continuous improvement.

The role requires experience as a Reliability Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to present KPI reports and action plans to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reliability Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong data analysis to drive measurable improvements.
• Proficient in RCA, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Confident communicating performance data and leading initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends.
• Lead root cause investigations to prevent repeats.
• Present KPI reports and action plans to improve performance.
• Lead major breakdown investigations and corrective actions.
