Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Old Vicarage in Sherborne. The role is based on-site with 32.5 hours per week, from 9am to 4pm, at £13.60 per hour.

You will lead our maintenance team and help maintain our home to high standards while supporting residents and staff. Experience in gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential, with a thorough induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of the home, including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Ensure residents remain safe and comfortable by following health and safety practices at all times.
