Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Old Vicarage in Sherborne. The role is based on-site with 32.5 hours per week, from 9am to 4pm, at £13.60 per hour.

You will lead our maintenance team and help maintain our home to high standards while supporting residents and staff. Experience in gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential, with a thorough induction and ongoing training provided.

What would a typical day look like?

• Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work
• Ensuring our residents remain safe and comfortable by adhering to good health and safety practices at all times

Previous experience within gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential and we can provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
