Job summary

Zest is recruiting an Improvement Engineer for a manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, working Monday to Friday days only. The role focuses on reducing downtime and boosting machine reliability. You will analyse breakdowns, lead continuous improvement projects, and work with maintenance and production teams to implement long-term fixes.

A qualification in engineering and FMCG experience are preferred. The position offers a salary around £50,000 and is commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris,
