Job summary

Harri is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Hot Tub Operative to keep our resort facilities in top condition. You will handle hot tub care, water testing and general maintenance across the site, with full training provided.

The role involves busy, practical work, weekend shifts and a 40-hour week. Immediate start available and a supportive team environment.

Job description

Role: Maintenance & Hot Tub Operative

Salary: £13.25 per hour (depending on experience, to be discussed at interview)

Hours: 40 hours a week (full time), including weekends and bank holidays

Our new management team is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance & Hot Tub Operative to help keep our resort running smoothly and looking its best for guests.

You’ll be responsible for the cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing and general upkeep of our lodge hot tubs. You’ll also carry out a wide range of general maintenance tasks around the resort, including:

• Basic repairs to lodges and facilities (plumbing, carpentry, electrical checks, painting and decorating)
• Responding to guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally
• Preparing lodges between guest stays
• Grounds upkeep, including paths, outdoor areas and general site appearance
• Planned and preventative maintenance checks

Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be given. You’ll need to be practical, reliable and happy to turn your hand to a variety of jobs.
