Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy facilities team in the Portsmouth area on a 3-month contract with an immediate start. You will log reactive maintenance jobs, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, update maintenance systems and liaise with clients to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.

Experience in a maintenance helpdesk or facilities management setting and proficiency with JobLogic or Concerto are ideal, along with strong

• Proven experience in a maintenance helpdesk or facilities administrator role.
• Experience using JobLogic or Concerto is essential.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Log and allocate reactive maintenance jobs.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Update and maintain records using maintenance software.
• Raise work orders and monitor jobs through to completion.
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance and facilities team.
