Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our engineering team on rotative shifts. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to maximise production efficiency while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

As part of a dedicated team, you will support site operations, drive continuous improvement, and uphold a strong safety-first culture across all activities, contributing to the reliability and longevity of key site

Qualifications

Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Ability to diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns迅

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with site requirements.
Respond to breakdowns with effective reactive maintenance solutions.
Maintain plant, equipment, and site assets to the highest standards.
Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and Heidelberg Materials standards.
Support site operations in achieving production targets.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability.
Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all activities.
