Job summary

Shaftesbury Brookside House in Edgware is seeking a part-time Maintenance person to carry out general maintenance and repairs across facilities and equipment. The role involves inspecting and reporting items for specialist maintenance and supporting health and safety to keep the service hazard-free.

Qualifications

• General maintenance tasks and repairs for assigned equipment/facilities.
• Inspections, logging and reporting items for specialist maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance or repairs for assigned equipment/facilities.
• Regularly inspect, log and report items for specialist maintenance.
• Assist with Health and Safety within the service to ensure no hazards.
• Carry out minor repairs, painting, furniture building, light bulb changes, unblocking toilets and gardening.
