We are seeking a proactive Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our London office and conference facilities. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused; someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys being the go-to person for resolving maintenance and facilities issues. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure our buildings, workspaces, and client-facing facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves a combination of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, health & safety responsibilities, and supporting wider operational needs across the business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be comfortable prioritising multiple requests, responding to urgent issues, and working both independently and collaboratively with contractors and internal stakeholders.
You'll be practical, dependable, and approachable, with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to get stuck in. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of problems, and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
