Job summary

ATS, a global maintenance leader, seeks a site operations leader in the United Kingdom to drive safety, maintenance, and financial performance at a key site. You will guide safety programs, develop maintenance plans, and align with multiple ATS business units while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement to deliver on site objectives and customer expectations within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees.
• Strong change leadership and driving organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy the safety program and safety training at the site.
• Develop and execute a site-specific maintenance plan per ATS standards.
• Manage site financial performance (revenue, expenses, profit) to meet objectives.
• Collaborate across ATS business units for cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate with the customer through regular meetings and review performance metrics.
