Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Training + Development) for a site near Ilminster. You will join a factory maintenance team focused on training, qualifications and becoming multiskilled, with a typical 40.25-hour week across a Wednesday–Saturday pattern.

The role offers a salary of £45,420 plus a strong benefits package, including bonus, private pension, life insurance, critical illness cover and private healthcare.

Factory Based, Commutable from Taunton, Ilminster, Yeovil, Chard, Crewkerne, Axminster and surrounding areas

Shift: Week 1 = Wednesday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm, Week 2 = Thursday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm. Average 40.25 hours per week

The Role:

• Maintenance RM & PPM across the factory working alongside 5 maintenance engineers
• Days based, Week 1 = Wednesday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm, Week 2 = Thursday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm
• Mechanical & Electrical works - training & qualifications to become fully multi skilled

The Person:

• Previous background in Maintenance Engineering with a good Engineering understanding ideally from an FMCG background
• Looking to work as part of a small close-knit maintenance team
• Looking for technical training, development & progression alongside a great work life balance
