Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased Site Services Engineer, reporting to the Factory Engineering Manager. This role supports our operation by ensuring electrical compliance and completing electrical activities aligned with safety, quality, and plant performance standards.

A day in the life of a Site Services Engineer

Your key responsibility is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective generation and distribution of utilities such as steam, refrigeration, water, effluent treatment, air handling, and compressed air.

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the transition from reactive to preventative maintenance through root cause analysis and maintenance improvements.
2. Coaching and developing the Industrial Services Team technicians.
3. Ensuring compliance with company standards and supporting audits.
4. Managing small projects and assisting with future capex planning.
