Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Rotating Shifts) to join our on-site team at Bradley Business Park. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics to keep production running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, PPM compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance and Facilities team, with the opportunity to grow within a global engineering group.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure PPM activities are completed on time.
• Reactive maintenance tasks are actioned quickly and safely.
• Maintain compliance and statutory inspections; support other functions.
• Support the EHS team.
• Ensure stock of spares.
• Breakdown maintenance activities.
