Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or ex-forces background to join a market leading company in Flint. The role operates on a 3-shift pattern and offers fully funded training on electrical systems including PLCs, with progression paths and shift allowances.

You'll maintain automation and manufacturing machinery, perform fault finding on motors, gearboxes, sensors and control panels, and benefit from a structured development plan and long-term

Qualifications

• Maintenance engineer background in manufacturing or ex-forces
• Willingness to undergo fully funded courses and PLC training
• Experience with automation and machinery maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation and manufacturing machinery
• Fault find and service gearboxes, motors, sensors, and PLCs
• Work on a 3-shift rotation: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am, weekly rotation
