Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing environment in Flint. The role features a 3-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with overtime and a strong progression path.

The company provides fully funded PLC training and is a leading supplier to aerospace, automotive and chemical sectors worldwide. The successful candidate will maintain automation and metalworking machinery, conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance on motors,

Competenze

• Must be a Maintenance Engineer with manufacturing or ex-forces background.
• Willing to train on PLCs and electrical systems and work a 3-shift pattern.

Mansioni

• Maintenance of automation and manufacturing machinery.
• Fault finding and maintenance of gearboxes, motors, sensors, panels and PLCs.
• 3 shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, rotating weekly.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x on weekdays and 2x on Sundays/bank holidays.
• Call-out rota 1 in 6 weeks with overtime pay.
