Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Pontypool. You will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns and executing planned preventive maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.

The role includes supporting continuous improvement initiatives and working within a supportive engineering team. PLC fault-finding experience is desirable, with UK manufacturing exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns, perform planned preventative maintenance and support site machinery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
