Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Ilkeston is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site. You will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

This role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, a competitive salary of £52,000, and a supportive team focusing on continuous improvement, safety, and reliability of site machinery.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance regimes.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain safe, efficient operations.
