Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification required.
• Experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance background.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong fault-finding and proactive maintenance mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Panama Days & Nights shift is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work within a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern.
