Overview

Maintenance Engineer position in Leverington. Working a Panama Days & Nights shift, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment to maximise machine uptime and support continuous improvement. Long-term career progression and ongoing investment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work within a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern.

Requirements

• Recognised Engineering Qualification
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
• Electrical or Multi-Skilled maintenance background
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown maintenance experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to work Panama Days & Nights

Desirable Requirements

• PLC fault-finding experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• CMMS experience
• Experience within automated manufacturing environments
