Travail Employment Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the packing area near Melton Mowbray. You will work with a dedicated team to manage specialised packaging equipment, driving improvements and capital projects on site.
Ideal candidates are apprentice-trained engineers with manufacturing experience, strong HSE awareness, and flexibility to meet business demands. Benefits include a competitive salary and pension options.
Formación
- Apprentice-trained multi-skilled engineer in manufacturing context.
- Electrical background and hands-on maintenance capability.
- Health & safety awareness and accuracy in records.
Responsabilidades
- Feedback ideas for improvement.
- Identify and implement improvement projects.
- Use RCA techniques to prevent recurring issues.
- Share learnings with other shifts and update shift lead on workload.
- Respond to critical breakdowns with quick and effective repairs.
- Carry out and review PPMs for effectiveness.
- Complete reports for work completed and input data into Agility system.
