Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Ledbury is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain advanced production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a path to develop into a highly skilled engineer within a globally recognised organisation.

You will perform PPM, fault finding and breakdown responses on modern automated machinery, with exposure to control systems, and will benefit from structured training and genuine long-term progression

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or similar environments.
• PLC experience is advantageous but not essential.
• 12-hour shift pattern (7:00–19:00) with 2 nights and 5 days off.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and breakdown response across production, packaging, and plant equipment.
• Working with modern automated machinery and control systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects.
