Job summary

Boden Group in Oxford is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a three‑month maintenance contract. You will perform a mix of planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on site, including AHU and FCU checks, flush testing and filter changes.

The role offers Monday–Friday or shift options, with an Oxford-based site and a practical, hands‑on approach to maintenance. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative tasks and work with facilities colleagues to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
• Experience working with AHUs and FCUs.
• The ability to complete reactive repairs effectively.
• A practical, hands-on approach to mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Complete AHU and FCU checks.
• Undertake flush testing as required.
• Complete scheduled filter changes.
• Diagnose and complete reactive repairs.
