Key Responsibilities

• Operate within planned maintenance procedures for assets, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your field and support other disciplines.
• Respond effectively to breakdowns and damages, including out-of-hours calls.
• Write maintenance reports and assist in developing technical procedures.
• Mentor other maintenance staff and carry out inspections and repairs on heating, water, ventilation, electrical, and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and follow detailed manuals for maintenance and repairs.
• Support health and safety initiatives and manage stores/tools security and records.
• Participate in emergency call-outs and support project work and improvements.
