Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with mechanical/electrical know-how.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and follow safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns with reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control faults and repair them.
- Assist with installation, commissioning and validation of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with procedures.
- Support continuous improvement to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure health and safety standards.
