Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Aldridge. You will support the maintenance and repair of fabrication machinery, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, strong fault-finding skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Salary is between £42,000 and £50,000, with 40–45 hours per week and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Experience working with industrial machinery.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fabrication machinery.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and service schedules.
