Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Multi-skilled / Electrical Engineer to maintain, fault-find and improve a range of industrial plant and processing equipment. The role delivers planned maintenance, breakdown support and continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.

You will work closely with operations to maximise reliability, perform CMMS-based maintenance, and contribute to upgrades, commissioning and reliability projects on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in engineering and manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across site equipment.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance activities to agreed schedules.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.
• Follow safe systems of work including lock-off, isolation and permit procedures.
• Work closely with operations teams to improve equipment performance.
• Support statutory inspections, compliance activities and engineering standards.
• Identify spare parts requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning projects.
