Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in Hereford to join a large industrial site. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of state-of-the-art machinery and drive systems, with focus on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors and PLC fault finding.

The role includes on-site training opportunities and a double-day shift pattern. Salary is £45,000–£48,000 with overtime (OTE up to £63,000), a company bonus and benefits.

Formación

• Electrical maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with PLC fault finding is preferred.
• Willingness to undertake further training when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Further training provided through specific courses if needed.
• Rotating double day shift: 5:30am–2:00pm and 1:30pm–10:00pm.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with electrical experience looking to join a renowned and highly profitable company, working on a broad range of state-of-the-art and cutting-edge machinery?

In this double-days based role you will be performing a split of planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, working on 3-phase machinery, lasers, PLC controls, hydraulics, drives and related equipment.

Founded nearly 70 years ago, this materials processing company are one of the largest in the UK within their sector, boasting a turnover of £120 million. With a recent investment of £40 million into new machinery, they aim to continue growing on their 40-acre site for years to come.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking for a double-days role within a large industrial site, with new challenges every day and plenty of variety of work.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on machinery
• Working on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors, and PLC fault finding
• Further training given through specific courses if needed
• Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 2pm, then 1:30am - 10pm, rotating weekly
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x
