Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an Electrically Qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a large-scale, 24/7 operation in Warwickshire. You will perform reactive fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and both electrical and mechanical work on high-power industrial equipment.

The role emphasizes strong electrical fault-finding, working at height, maintaining records, and contributing to plant reliability and uptime within a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification is essential.
• Level 3 Electrical/Engineering qualification required.
• Strong electrical fault-finding experience needed.
• Good mechanical maintenance skills required.
• Experience in heavy industrial/high-power manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reactive breakdown response and fault-finding.
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Working on motors, drives, control systems and industrial machinery.
• Working at height when required.
• Supporting improvements to plant reliability and uptime.

Salary: £48,000 – £56,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off | 2 Days / 2 Nights

Hours: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00

We are looking for an Electrically Qualified Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large‑scale, 24/7 industrial operation in Warwickshire.

This is a hands‑on role working on high‑power industrial equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault‑finding and maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous heavy industrial / high‑power manufacturing experience
• Experience working on motors and industrial equipment
• Comfortable working at height
