Proactive Global is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a Wembley, North West London site offering a 4 on 4 off days pattern and excellent work-life balance. You will perform both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment, driving improvements with a proactive teammate group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing or production environments.
• Multi-skilled engineering with electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities.
• Proactive problem solving approach and a passion for improving machinery and processes.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Perform reactive breakdown maintenance.
• Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and drive equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with production.
