Qualifications

• Strong maintenance engineering background in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of engineers or supervisors.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement fixes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Coordinate resources to maximise site performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Manage stores and spare parts.
• Support shutdowns and contractor management.
• Ensure safe work practices and site procedures.
• Collaborate with production to improve plant efficiency.
