Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a day-shift role in a reputable manufacturing business near Farnham. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production lines, drive improvements, and support project installations to enhance equipment performance.

The position offers long-term progression, competitive salary (£37k-£42k), a 5-day week, and a strong benefits package including pension, healthcare and EAP.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with bagging machinery, weighers, conveyors, etc.
• PLC knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and equipment.
• Lead projects to implement new machinery and processes.
• Provide support to engineering and production teams.
