Job summary

Encirc is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Elton site to oversee overhauls and ongoing maintenance of high-speed filling equipment. The role focuses on valves, cylinders, and capping heads to sustain peak performance, hygiene, and extended equipment life.

You will log all jobs and inspections in Prisma CMMS, supporting a fast-paced FMCG operation with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to mechanical maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven background in planned and proactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a methodical approach.
• Practical, hands-on attitude with a focus on quality and safety.
• Lean & S5 manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, refurbish and maintain filling machinery components to ensure peak performance and hygiene compliance.
• Record all maintenance work, inspections and jobs in Prisma CMMS accurately.
