Crown Peterborough is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to keep world‑class production lines running at peak performance on a rotating days/nights shift. You’ll diagnose faults, repair equipment, and drive reliability improvements across a broad range of machinery.

You will work within the TPM framework using CMMS to plan preventive maintenance and to implement corrective actions. A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Mechanical or Maintenance Engineer with manufacturing experience.
• Strong fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance skills.
• Proactive in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with CMMS and TPM principles.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns to restore production quickly.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support TPM programme and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability.
