Forterra Building Products is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer to join the Measham Team. The role involves working continental shifts (4 on 4 off) with 12-hour days/nights to maximize equipment availability and reliability across the production line.

You will work within a maintenance team, carrying out mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis, TPM/PPM activities, and proactive improvements. Training may include COSHH, LOTOTO, and other safety courses; occasional overnight stays may

Competenze

• Formal education in maintenance or engineering.
• Apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with fault diagnosis of automated equipment.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and perform TPM/PPM activities.
• Report on maintenance via CMMS and major breakdown reports.
• Monitor production process stages and machine operations.
• Source and fit correct spare parts to high standards.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations.
