Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing site in Telford. You will carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement projects.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off rotation, salary up to £43,000, 24 days holiday, overtime opportunities and a supportive engineering team working across water treatment, material handling and cutting machinery.

Qualifications

• Non-Negotiable: Level 3 engineering qualification.
• Multi-skilled maintenance with an electrical bias.
• Manufacturing or forces background.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance with ~80% focus on PMs.
• Work across production machinery, water treatment plant and material handling systems.
• Support continuous improvement projects and occasional installations.
• Fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems and quick decision making.
• Carry out reactive breakdown repairs and routine servicing.
