Job summary

• Proven fault-finding skills on electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLC systems, especially Siemens.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose breakdowns and repair equipment to maximise availability.
• Document breakdowns to identify recurring issues.
• Analyze issues to root cause and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to ensure build quality after interventions.
• Provide effective reports to Team Members.
• Support facilities management of industrial service equipment.

The Job You'll Do;

• Performing scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance to minimise unplanned downtime and quality concerns.


• Performing effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximise availability


• Documenting breakdowns to help identify and resolve reoccurring issues.


• Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve.


• Working cross functionally to produce effective maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.


• Working collaboratively with Production and Quality departments to ensure the highest level of build quality is achieved after any intervention and throughout the working life of equipment


• Provide effective reports to Team Members


• Supporting the facilities management of industrial service equipment

About You;

• Have completed a Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship


• A logical problem solver with excellent fault-finding abilities.


• An effective communicator at all levels.


• Electro-mechanical knowledge of process and equipment maintenance


• Experience of PLC systems including Siemens


• Experience of manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting issues


• Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
