Job summary

TipTopJob in Telford is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a quality-focused manufacturing operation. You will work within a six-engineer shift team to maintain production equipment and support uptime.

The role is mechanically or electrically biased, open to candidates from any industry, with opportunities for training and career development. Expect a 3-shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) and site-based work.

Qualifications

• Mechanically or electrically biased engineer.
• Experience in factory maintenance or similar environments.
• Willing to work across industries and adapt to site needs.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Improve and modify equipment to enhance performance.
• Investigate recurring issues and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Monday to Friday 3 Shift : 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00

Maintenance Engineers required for a true industry leader. This is a great opportunity for Maintenance Engineers to join a quality focused manufacturing company who are committed to employee development and training.

The successful candidate will work within a team of six engineers per shift responsible for attending machinery breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to ensure high production performance.
