Job Description:

The role offers a starting salary of £48,569, rising to £51,490 after training. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40.25 hours. Benefits include a pension scheme (company 4%, employee 5%), death in service cover (£60,000), sick pay, private healthcare, and a subsidised canteen.

The ideal candidate is a time-served Electrician, Mechatronician, or Fitter with recent manufacturing experience. The shift pattern includes alternating days and nights over a four-week cycle:

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7am-7pm (days)
• Week 2: Wed, Thurs 7am-7pm (days)
• Week 3: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7pm-7am (nights)
• Week 4: Wed, Thurs 7pm-7am (nights)

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to breakdowns when applicable.
• Carry out planned maintenance as directed.
• Liaise with supervisors, managers, and team managers regarding machine issues and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.

Person Specification:

Candidates must be a qualified, time-served Maintenance Electrician, Mechatronician, or Fitter with recent manufacturing experience, particularly in electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and plant maintenance.
