The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is with a market-leading manufacturing firm based in South Cerney, Swindon. This role offers excellent opportunities for training and career development. The client has large CAPEX and investment budgets.

Location: South Cerney / Swindon

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing plant-wide maintenance, departmental support, and repairs to ensure production targets are met, including maintaining factory machinery
• Monitoring and supporting machine set-up and changeovers to ensure quality standards and efficiency

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship & qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC) in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• High awareness of Health & Safety standards
• Ability to fault find, repair, and resolve problems effectively
• Previous maintenance engineering experience or qualifications
