You'll be involved in diagnosing print defects, optimising machine settings, refurbishing key components such as Inker Units and CIC Rollers, and supporting planned maintenance programmes across the department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of critical production equipment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, quality and efficiency throughout the plant.
