Pioneer Selection Ltd. are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Suffolk-based role on a Panama days shift. You will maintain production equipment and contribute to continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical or multi-skilled engineering capabilities, and experience with both reactive and preventive maintenance on automated machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fault finding on electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• NVQ Level3 or equivalent engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance (PPM).
• Fault finding on motors, conveyors, sensors, and control systems.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong electrical or multi‑skilled engineering background
• Ability to fault find on electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level3 or equivalent)

• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance (PPM)

• Experience working on fast‑paced production machinery
