Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification is required.

Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Panama Days & Nights

Working a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers stability and long‑term career progression with ongoing development.

Requirements

• Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
  • Recognised Engineering Qualification
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
  • Ability to work Panama Days & Nights
  • Strong fault‑finding skills on production machinery
• Requirements:
  • Electrical or Multi‑Skilled maintenance background
  • Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive breakdown maintenance experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Desirable Requirements:
  • PLC fault‑finding experience
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • CMMS experience
  • Experience within automated manufacturing environments
