Job summary

ATA is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for an on-site role in Nuneaton. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance across robotics, packaging lines, conveyors and related equipment. You'll attend PPMs, troubleshoot breakdowns and work both in teams and independently.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification and be comfortable with planned work as well as reactive maintenance, with opportunities for technical development and enhanced pension benefits.

Qualifications

• A strong communicator, happy working alone or with a team.
• Confident working mechanically and electrically.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Happy to pre-planned work and responding to breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team but also lone when tasked to.
• Fast moving high paced environment.
• Working on machines including robotics, cutters, palletising, packaging machines and conveyors.
• Attending PPMs and reacting to breakdowns when needed.
• Electrical fault-finding on components including 3 phase motors, sensors, inverters, contactors and fault-finding from drawings.
• Mechanically replacing like-for-like components, including gearboxes, motors, shafts, pulleys, sprockets.

Maintenance Engineer

Shift - 4on 4off days and nights (2 days and 2 nights)

Location - Nuneaton

Salary - £59,600, Plus Bonuses, Overtime, Enhanced Pension etc

The role

As a Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include;
