Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to service and repair manufacturing machinery across our Nottingham site. You will work with the Engineering Team to ensure reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering and has experience in both planned and reactive maintenance, with interest in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Support mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as required.
• Work closely with the Engineering Team and report to the Engineering Manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability and production efficiency.

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering who is ready to take the next step in their career.

We welcome candidates with a background in manufacturing who are eager for a new challenge and have experience in both planned and reactive maintenance roles.
