Job summary

Synergi Recruitment in Kent is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a permanent night shift. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging machinery to maximise uptime and site performance.

You will work a 4 on, 4 off pattern with a £42,000 basic salary plus benefits. Requirements include maintenance experience in manufacturing/FMCG, mechanical background, and strong fault-finding skills. Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 preferred.

Maintenance Engineer required for a growing food manufacturing business in Kent. Working a 4 on, 4 off permanent night shift, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging machinery, helping to maximise uptime and site performance.
