Job summary

Orion Electrotech is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a 4 on 4 off night shift at a busy manufacturing site in Evesham, Worcestershire. You will maintain production equipment, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and support refrigeration systems to maximise uptime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with mechanical fault-finding on industrial plant.
• Proven experience with electrical fault-finding on industrial equipment.
• Industrial refrigeration experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently within a night shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support maintenance activities on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and shift reports.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to maximise uptime and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Maintenance Engineer - 4 on 4 off Nights - Salary: £58,000 per annum

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Evesham who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their night shift engineering team.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of site operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support maintenance activities on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and shift reports.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to maximise uptime and performance.

Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on industrial plant and equipment.
