Salary: To £48,000 per annum, plus benefits and excellent career opportunities
Hours: Double Days (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly)
Location: Medway - Commutable from Gravesend, Greenhithe, Strood, Rochester, Aylesford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Bromley, West Malling, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Engineers will cover both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the factory. You will be supported to develop your weaker side. Your primary role is supporting production machinery, including diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns, undertaking planned preventative maintenance, and working on projects such as installations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Multi-skilled, experienced in breakdown troubleshooting and planned maintenance in industrial, manufacturing, or automated environments.
- Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Good maintenance and troubleshooting skills with motors, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, boilers, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3-phase machinery, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam systems, etc.
- Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines; electronics fault finding skills are a plus.
- Friendly, adaptable, team-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious.
