Job summary

Coretech Talent Limited t/a Core Search is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a growing manufacturing site near Buckingham. You will join an existing two-person maintenance team, covering mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.

The role is full-time and permanent with standard daytime hours (7.30am to 4.00pm), offering a £45,000 salary plus a bonus of up to 10% and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Mechanical fault-finding background, or a multi-skilled mechanical and electrical background.
• Comfortable working as part of a two-person maintenance team.
• Right to work in the UK, no sponsorship available.
• Driving licence beneficial due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Work on motors, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Support fault-finding and repairs across site machinery.
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams, keeping accurate maintenance records.
• Promote safe working practices across the site.

About the role and employer:

An established manufacturing business near Buckingham is expanding its engineering function and adding a second Maintenance Engineer. You'll work alongside an existing engineer, and between you the team will cover both mechanical and electrical maintenance across site.

What you'll do:
