ETS Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to join a busy food manufacturing site. The role covers day-to-day engineering, preventive maintenance, and improving machine efficiency across packaging lines and conveyors.
You will be required to be apprentice trained, experienced in a manufacturing setting, and familiar with PPM systems; a multi-skilled background with a mechanical bias is preferred.
£49,120 +Bonus + Pension + Bens Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days and nights 6-6

Based within one of the UKs leading privately owned food manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced hygiene manager to add to their existing management team. They have been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation in the marketplace, leading to a very secure environment. Due to continued growth in their market share they are looking to recruit a mechanical engineer to add to the strong engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from a multi skilled engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with a mechanical bias (but multi-skilled) and have fast moving manufacturing experience. If you have worked on automated systems, it would be advantageous.
On a day to day basis you will work on packaging & labelling machinery, conveyors, pumps, pumps, general mechanical work and other manufacturing machinery. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
